📅 Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked through my online booking system.

A non-refundable booking fee of £20 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total on the day.

By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these booking terms and conditions.

Your booking fee can be transferred once to a new appointment date if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new one will be required to secure another appointment.

If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and be liable for 100% of the treatment cost.

💸 Refunds

No refunds will be issued after your appointment.

If you’re unhappy with any part of your service, please let me know during your treatment so I can do my best to fix it then and there.

⏰ Lateness

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be amended or cancelled, as I may not have enough time to complete your treatment before my next client.

Please note, you may still be charged in full for the original service booked.

💳 Payment Methods

On the day of your appointment, I accept bank transfer or cash only.

If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount, as I may not have change available.

🪑 Guests / +1s

I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment unless we’ve discussed and agreed otherwise BEFORE booking.

My space is small, and I want to keep it as relaxed and personal as possible for every client.

🐶 Dogs and Other Animals

I have two small, friendly — but excitable — dogs in my home.

While I do my best to keep them settled, they will be present at times during your appointment, as this is their home too.

Unfortunately, other dogs or animals are not permitted.

👶 Children

Please do not bring children to your appointment, as my home studio is not suitable for little ones.

If this policy is not followed, your appointment will be refused, and you will still be charged in line with the cancellation/no-show policy.

Please note, I am unable to take bookings for anyone under the age of 18.

💅 Arriving with Nails / Previous Work

I do not infill or correct work from other nail techs, as products and techniques vary between salons.

If you have existing nails on, please book a removal alongside your chosen service so that I can allocate enough time for your appointment.

Otherwise, please arrive with bare nails.

🎨 Nail Art Bookings

When booking nail art, please make sure to choose the correct nail art tier — this ensures I have enough time for your chosen design.

Please be aware I DO NOT offer plain French tips. I can incorporate one or two into a wider design but if you want 10 French, I’m not the nail tech for you.

If you’re unsure which tier to select, please check my highlights or message me before booking.

For nail art tiers above “soft spell”, please send your inspiration photos at least 48 hours before your appointment.

This helps me prepare and ensures I have the time, tools, and products needed to bring your vision to life.

If I don’t receive your inspo in time, I may not be able to complete your chosen design.

🔧 Nail Fixes

Fixes are free within 72 hours of your appointment. After this period, a small charge of £4 per nail will apply.
